Booking

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for most events, and 4-8 weeks for peak season (May-September) and holidays. Last-minute bookings may be available—contact us to check.

All packages include professional-grade equipment, trained staff, setup/teardown, generator power, live leaderboards, and custom event branding. First 30 miles from our clubhouse are included.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Events with 20 or fewer guests on private bookings qualify for our Small Party Discount of 15% off. This applies to birthday parties, weddings, graduation parties, and other private celebrations.

Logistics

Our mobile units are designed for rain, snow, or shine. Fully climate controlled environments. For outdoor events, we can set up near tents or covered areas. For severe weather, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.

The trailers require approximately 20' x 15' of space. For indoor setups, we need ground-level or first-floor access with a ramp for simulator load-in. Ceiling height minimum is 10 feet.

Yes! We bring our own generator, so no venue power is required. This allows us to set up virtually anywhere. Venue power is recommended for quiet environments.

Standard setup is 1 hour before your event start time. Early setup can be arranged for an additional fee.

Experience

Racing Simulator: ages 6 and up (height-dependent — participants need to reach the pedals comfortably). Children 5 and younger may sit in a parent's lap. Reaction Labs: all ages — the two-team reaction wall is fun for everyone from young kids to seniors.

Our Mobile Racing Experience accommodates up to 25 guests per hour. Each guest gets quality seat time on our $60,000 full-motion simulator with realistic racing physics.

We offer custom branding on displays, leaderboards, and promotional materials. Share your logos and colors, and we'll incorporate them into the digital experience.

Service Area

We serve all of Colorado, with the Denver metro as our primary area. First 30 miles from our clubhouse are included in every booking; additional mileage is $3/mile.

Yes, we can travel to neighboring states for larger events. Contact us for custom pricing and logistics.
